Written by Saturday, May 10th from 10 – 4 pm. at the Weems-Botts Museum in Dumfries, VA. They are requesting members from our Guild to demonstrate colonial spinning and weaving on Charter Day. This year they are celebrating 265 years–the oldest charted town in VA. We have participated in this before and were unable to last year. This year it also falls on our meeting day, but if anyone is willing to do this please let Keren Pritchett know ASAP. I need to respond to the request soon.
